We currently ship to the UK only, but we hope to open up to international markets soon!

How much does Shipping cost?
We're pleased to say we offer Free Shipping to all customers in the UK.

What is your Returns Policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

1. Email us at studio@ontheisland.co within 14 days of receipt with the following information:

Your order number
The item(s) you would like to return
The reason for return

We will then send you a prepaid returns label with collection date advice.

2. Please securely package your return,  in the original packaging, with labels and the returns note.

3. Your order will be refunded back to your original payment method (including gift cards) once it has been safely received.
